Structure

Take all three meals daily, consisting of a grapefruit cut in half and mixed with 100 grams of cheese skimmed. In both cases, you may drink water and tea in the quantity desired. Milk or cheese can be substituted with skimmed yogurt, which ensure better digestion.

Advantages

Inconvenience
