Macrobiotic diets

Schemes which are food are based on a spiritual approach to life, completely different from the current quasi-Western. Not recommended, they can be followed only with extreme precaution.

Zen diet

Name of diet is linked to Buddhist monks, whose basic food is rice, accompanied by a few greens and fruits. Following such a scheme requires effort of will.

The 3 basic elements:

rice, chicory (salad), March

Duration:

2 weeks

Pounds lost:

4 in a week

Forbidden:

people with deficiency of sodium and low voltage

Structure (two weeks)
You can only eat greens, some fruits (citrus, apple and strawberry) and the rice. For rice condiments can use herbs, pepper.

Each mouthful should be chewed by 50-100 times!

As recommended drink Chinese tea.

Advantages:

Ensure a decrease in weight in record time.

Drawbacks:

It is very monotonous and difficult to follow. In any case, should not be extended over the period indicated.
