Food during your days:

- 200g milk (except for butter and cream)
- 200g vegetables
- 200g fruit
- 200 g chicken or fish (boiled or grilled) and polenta (how you).

Also, at least 2 liters of tea or water daily.
It is not a diet "miracle", but in a month it weakens between 7 and 10 kg. (Depends on the body).
