Method: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, morning till evening, drink in 3 of 3 or 4 in 4 hours by a cup of unsweetened tea and how it can be hot, then drink a cup of milk at room temperature . Evening (before 20 hours), it eats 100 g lean roast plus a salad of raw vegetables or vegetables cooked in steam.

Any other food is excluded. In the rest of the week is eating normally. Open 1-1,5 kg per week. Good luck!
